Jean-Luc Pasquet Confluences Vieilles Grande Champagne L.90.80'S Cognac is a limited Grande Champagne blend from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet's Confluences collection. Crafted entirely from Ugni Blanc, it combines four mature Grande Champagne lots: 31% L.94, 24% L.92, 39% L.88 and 6% L.79. The final blend was assembled in 2022 without further reduction and bottled at 45.5% ABV, with only 583 bottles produced. Rich yet approachable, it combines citrus and orchard fruit with honeyed sweetness, roasted coffee, gentle spice and mature wood.

Food Pairing: Aged Comté, roasted duck, pork tenderloin, orange-glazed poultry, quince tart, roasted pears, toasted almonds, and coffee-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and rounded with honey, citrus, yellow fruit, gentle floral character, roasted notes and warming spice.

Nose: Acacia honey, candied orange, quince and pear with roasted coffee and gentle sweet spices.

Palate: Soft and honeyed with plum and peach, followed by star anise, nutmeg and subtle floral nuances.

Finish: Gentle and fruit-driven with lingering spice and mature Grande Champagne character.
