About the Vicente Gandia Bobal Negro
A magnificent and full-bodied Spanish red wine masterfully crafted from premium old-vine Bobal grapes in the high-altitude plains of Utiel-Requena. Partly fermented and aged for twelve months in lightly toasted French oak barrels, it yields an expressive bouquet of rich red forest fruits, English caramel, wild balsamic notes, and subtle toasted smoke.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with charcoal-grilled ribeye steak, traditional slow-braised beef stews, authentic Valencian paella, or premium boards of aged Gouda cheese.
