Sourced from the Los Arcángeles estate, the grapes are fermented in traditional clay amphorae (tinajas) before maturing in neutral oak, preserving the variety’s vibrant freshness and authentic varietal character. The wine opens with complex aromas of ripe dark plum, wild blackberry, dried herbs, forest floor, and a subtle rustic minerality. On the palate, it exhibits medium to full body with fine-grained, firm tannins, balanced acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish framed by delicate earthy spice.
