About the Bodegas Verum Ulterior Naranja Orange Wine
A magnificent and intensely expressive Spanish skin-contact orange wine meticulously crafted from traditional varieties including Albillo Real and Moravia Agria in Castilla-La Mancha. Aged on its skins in ancient clay amphorae (tinajas), it delivers an expressive bouquet of dried orange peel, wild mountain herbs, bruised orchard fruit, and complex, savory earthen minerals.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with roasted pork belly, complex spiced Moroccan tagines, rich wild mushroom risottos, or aged artisan hard cheeses.
