Bodegas Verum Ulterior Parcela No. 17 Graciano 2017 is an exceptionally expressive, organic red wine crafted from low-yielding Graciano vines planted in the limestone-rich soils of Tomelloso. Aged for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels following partial fermentation in traditional clay amphorae (tinajas), it displays intensely fresh and complex aromas of wild blackberry, black cherry, dried violets, and black pepper, complemented by subtle Mediterranean garrigue and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied with vibrant, crisp acidity, fine-grained firm tannins, and a long, savory, mineral-driven finish.
