A magnificent and terroir-driven Spanish red wine crafted by talented winemaker Verónica Ortega from old-vine Mencía plots in the Valtuille de Abajo zone of Bierzo. Aged beautifully for over a year in large terracotta amphorae and neutral oak, it unveils an expressive bouquet of fresh wild blackberries, red currants, crushed slate minerals, dried herbs, and a distinctive floral hint of violets.
