A magnificent and beautifully textured Spanish white wine masterfully crafted by winemaker Verónica Ortega from old-vine Godello plots in the high-altitude zone of Pieros. Partially fermented and aged for nearly a year in multi-sized French oak barrels and steel tanks, it unveils an expressive bouquet of ripe peach, fresh grapefruit, chamomile blossoms, and wet stone minerals.
