About the Verite La Joie Red Blend 2017
Emulating the structure and regal depth of a premium Pauillac growth, this magnificent Sonoma County masterclass centers on mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Sophisticated aromas of crème de cassis, cedarwood, and graphite lead to a mineral-driven, flawlessly balanced, muscular palate.
Food Pairing: Pairs spectacularly with prime dry-aged bone-in ribeye roast, rosemary-infused lamb loin, slow-braised venison shanks, or a high-end plate of 24-month aged Comté cheese.

An elegant, complex red with currants, blackberries and hints of cedar, graphite and lead-pencil shavings. It’s full-bodied with polished, velvety tannins and a fresh, bright finish. Fluid and refined. 70% cabernet sauvignon 16% cabernet franc, 10% merlot and 4% petit verdot.
