Velocity Craft Spirits Apricot Ginger Gin 750ml

Velocity Craft Spirits Apricot Ginger Gin is a flavored craft spirit produced by Velocity Craft Spirits. Distilled from a neutral grain base, this expression combines classic gin botanicals with the sweet, velvety essence of ripe apricots and the bright, fiery kick of fresh ginger, resulting in a balanced blend of stone fruit sweetness, spice, and juniper depth.

Food Pairing: Asian-inspired glazed pork belly, spicy Thai chicken satay, goat cheese crostini, duck breast with fruit reduction, and apricot almond tarts.

Tasting Notes: Warm golden-amber tint in appearance with a smooth, soft, and coating mouthfeel.

Nose: Fragrant and inviting with aromas of juicy ripe apricot and sweet orchard fruit up front, balanced by zesty ginger spice and subtle piney juniper.

Palate: Well-rounded and vibrant, displaying sweet, velvety apricot fruit notes balanced by a warm, spicy ginger bite, crisp juniper, and subtle citrus zest.

Finish: Medium in length, warm, and refreshing with lingering sweet fruitiness, gentle ginger spice, and a dry juniper undertone.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with soda water or ginger ale garnished with a fresh orange slice, or mix into a fruit-forward Gin Sour or Mule variation.
