"For the eighth bottling in our Notable Age Statements series we’ve selected this 50 year old vatted grain whisky. It was distilled in 1972, aged for 50 years in a refill barrel and bottled at natural cask strength. This has all the hallmarks of a great aged grain whisky, lots of coconut, subtle wood spice, citrus fruit notes and complex flavours of fruit and herbal teas. All presented at a perfect natural strength that balances finesse with power."
