About the Vasques de Carvalho 30 Year Old Tawny Port 375ml
Rich and concentrated, this aged Tawny Port layers honey, vanilla and hazelnut with apricot and dried fruit. The palate is dense yet beautifully balanced by refreshing acidity, revealing tea, sweet spice and mature oxidative complexity through a remarkably long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with apple tart, crème brûlée, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, blue cheese, aged hard cheeses, or enjoy on its own.
