About the Valserrano Gran Reserva 2016 750ml
The grapes are hand selected and harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature with a long maceration of the grape skins. Oak ageing takes place in French and American oak barrels for 24 months. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Garnet red. Intense with aromas of blackcurrants and spices. A hint of fig, cocoa and coconut. Full bodied with good presence of ripe fruit, blackcurrant and cherry jam. Spicy with a floral touch, slightly mineral. Potent and delicious.
