Produced by re-fermenting young Valpolicella wine over the warm, sugar-rich grape skins remaining from Amarone production, it combines freshness with added complexity, richness, and depth. In the glass, it displays a vibrant ruby hue and opens with expressive aromas of red cherries, wild berries, dried herbs, and subtle warm spices. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, featuring juicy red fruit flavors, refined tannins, balanced acidity, and a smooth, elegant finish.
