G.D. Vajra Clare J.C. Langhe Nebbiolo 2025

G.D. Vajra Claré J.C. Langhe Nebbiolo 2025 is a unique, refreshing, and historic interpretation of Nebbiolo produced by the G.D. Vajra estate in Barolo. Inspired by the traditional 18th-century winemaking protocol of Thomas Jefferson (hence "J.C."), this wine is vinified with a short maceration in stainless steel and bottled early to retain its fresh, fruit-forward energy and slight natural spritz. In the glass, it shows a luminous light ruby-garnet color. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of red cherries, wild strawberries, cranberries, crushed rose petals, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied, crisp, and exceptionally lively, featuring crunchy red fruit flavors, buoyant acidity, and soft, delicate tannins.
