About the Upper Bench Pinot Noir
Upper Bench Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied British Columbia red made from Naramata Bench fruit. It offers bright cherry, raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, and subtle cedar notes, with fresh acidity, silky tannins, balanced structure, vibrant fruit character, and an elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roast duck, grilled salmon, roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, and soft cheeses.
