Upper Bench Four Shadows Vineyard Merlot is a full-bodied Okanagan red with blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Dry and barrel-aged, it offers concentrated fruit, smooth texture, structured tannins, savoury complexity, and a long, polished finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled steak, roast lamb, braised beef, mushroom dishes, hearty pasta, barbecue ribs, and dark chocolate desserts.
