Unico Zelo Yuzu Sweet Vermouth

Unico Zelo Yuzu Sweet Vermouth is a vibrant, craft-style sweet vermouth produced in South Australia. Built on a base of fine Merlot, it is infused with aromatic Japanese yuzu citrus along with a selection of native Australian botanicals, including riberry, wild thyme, and native currants. The palate displays a complex harmony of tart citrus, peppery spice, dark berry sweetness, and balancing herbal bitterness, finishing fresh and clean.
