Tyrrell's Rufus Stone Shiraz is a full-bodied Heathcote red with intense black plum, dark berries and mulberry layered with white pepper, chocolate and savoury spice. The palate combines generous fruit with bright acidity, supple tannins and supportive oak, delivering a rich yet fresh and balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb chops, peppered ribeye steak, roast beef, and venison.
