About the Fukuda Shuzo Nagasaki Bijin Daiginjo Sake 720ml
Nagasaki Bijin Daiginjo has intensely focused notes of pear and lychee with Fiji apple. Extremely light and tropical, this sake is slowly fermented at low temperature bringing beautiful umami undertones. It's dry, with a fresh fruity nose with notes of clementine, has well-balanced acidity, and a basil finish.
Perfect with pork, chicken dishes, and white fish. Enjoy it chilled!
