Two Stacks Smoke & Mirrors Mandorla Irish Whiskey is a limited-edition, cask-strength peated single malt created by independent Irish whiskey bonder Two Stacks. Built from the Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Single Malt, this Canadian-exclusive release receives an additional finish in a cask previously used for Mandorla Cream Sherry. Bottled at 58% ABV, it combines delicate campfire smoke and dark chocolate with creamy sherry sweetness, roasted nuts, caramel and vanilla.

Food Pairing: Smoked brisket, grilled lamb, aged cheddar, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, or caramel desserts with toasted nuts and dried fruit.

Tasting Notes: Rich and smoky, balancing campfire peat with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel, vanilla and creamy sherry-driven sweetness.

Nose: Delicate campfire smoke leads into toasted nuts, caramel and sweet sherry character with underlying dark chocolate.

Palate: Rich and mouth-coating, developing creamy sherry sweetness alongside roasted nuts, caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate and well-integrated peat smoke.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, roasted nuts, sweet sherry and delicate smoke.

Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped glass; at 58% ABV, gradually adding a few drops of water can reveal additional chocolate, nut and sherry character.
