Two Stacks Smoke and Mirrors Grand Marnier Irish Whiskey

Two Stacks Smoke & Mirrors Grand Marnier Irish Whiskey is a limited-release, cask-strength peated Irish single malt from independent whiskey bonder Two Stacks. Based on the Smoke & Mirrors Peated Stout Single Malt, it receives an additional finish in Grand Marnier liqueur casks. Bottled at 58.7% ABV, the finish adds vivid orange and stone-fruit character to the smoky malt, combining apricot and peach with peppercorn, tobacco, dark chocolate, warming spice and persistent peat smoke.

Food Pairing: Smoked duck, barbecue pork, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, orange desserts, or roasted nuts with caramel and warming spices.

Tasting Notes: Powerful and fruit-forward, balancing peat smoke with orange, peach and apricot alongside peppercorn, clove, dark chocolate, tobacco and sweet malt.

Nose: Bright orange, peach and apricot lead into peppercorn, delicate peat smoke and subtle savoury tobacco character.

Palate: Rich and concentrated, with sweet orange and stone fruit joined by clove, anise, dark chocolate, nougat and smoky malt.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering citrus, dark chocolate, warming spice and persistent peat smoke.

Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn or tulip-shaped glass; at 58.7% ABV, gradually adding water helps soften the alcohol while retaining its citrus, stone-fruit and smoky character.
