About the Two Stacks Fruit Drops Apple Brandy Cask Irish Whiskey
Two Stacks Fruit Drops Apple Brandy Cask Finish is a vibrant blended Irish whiskey from independent bonder Two Stacks. Bottled at 50% ABV, the whiskey is finished in American apple brandy casks, bringing fresh orchard-fruit character to the underlying Irish whiskey blend. Crisp green apple and citrus meet vanilla, honey and caramel, while soft oak and warming spice provide structure through a bright, lightly sweet finish.
Food Pairing: Roast pork, aged cheddar, baked Brie, apple tart, caramel desserts, or roasted nuts with honey and gentle baking spices.
Tasting Notes: Bright and orchard-fruit driven, combining crisp green apple with vanilla, honey, caramel, citrus zest, soft oak and warming spice.
Nose: Fresh green apple leads into vanilla and soft oak, with citrus zest, caramel and gentle grain sweetness underneath.
Palate: Crisp and lively, developing orchard fruit and honey alongside caramel, vanilla, malt and warming spice.
Finish: Bright and clean, with lingering apple, gentle sweetness, toasted oak and subtle baking spice.
Serve: Enjoy neat, over ice, or in a highball with soda water or dry ginger ale, garnished with a fresh green apple slice.
