Two Stacks Double Barrel Single Malt Irish Whiskey is an independently bottled Irish single malt combining three distinct malt styles: peated malt, triple-distilled malt and double-distilled malt. Matured across ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV, it balances subtle sweet smoke with dried fruit, vanilla and honey, developing dark berries, caramel, chocolate, toasted nuts and warming oak spice.

Food Pairing: Roast pork, grilled lamb, aged cheddar, toasted walnuts, dark chocolate, or dried-fruit desserts with vanilla and warming spices.
