Turntable Spirits Track 06 All My Life

Turntable Spirits Track 06: All My Life is a 2024 limited-edition Blended Scotch Whisky created by Glasgow-based independent blender Turntable Spirits. The blend combines malt whisky from GlenAllachie, Balblair, Benriach and Knockdhu with grain whisky from North British, using bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Limousin oak maturation. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and at natural colour, it delivers an orchard-fruit-led profile with apple, raisins, vanilla, walnuts, cinnamon, cocoa, honey and soft oak spice.

Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, glazed chicken, mature cheddar, toasted walnuts, apple crumble, bread pudding, milk chocolate, or cinnamon-spiced desserts.

Tasting Notes: Balanced and fruit-forward, bringing together orchard fruit and dried-fruit richness with creamy vanilla, nuts, chocolate and warming baking spices.

Nose: Fresh apple and orchard fruit lead into vanilla cream, raisins and gentle citrus, followed by sweet malt, cocoa and warming spice.

Palate: Creamy and rounded, with apple and ripe fruit accompanied by vanilla, honey, walnuts, dried fruit and touches of cinnamon and chocolate.

Finish: Medium to long, with lingering orchard fruit, citrus, cocoa, nuts and gentle oak spice.

Serve: Enjoy neat in a whisky glass, over a large cube of ice, or with a small splash of water.
