About the Troon Vineyard Cotes Du Kubli White
Born from a biodynamic partnership in Oregon’s Applegate Valley, this luscious, Rhône-style white wine blends Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne. Fermented with native yeasts, its unctuous palate layers ripe peach, tropical fruit, and citrus zest over complex notes of jasmine.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with authentic Pad Thai noodles, roasted turkey breast, pan-seared walleye, or fresh goat cheese.
