Hand-harvested in Oregon’s Applegate Valley, this lively, natural red wine offers juicy crushability. Inspired by the Southern Rhône, enticing aromas of wild raspberry and cracked black pepper lead into a fresh, medium-bodied palate balanced by dusty, fine tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with wood-fired pepperoni pizza, gourmet backyard smash burgers, grilled lamb skewers, or slow-cooked ratatouille.
