Tres Agaves Organic Reposado Tequila

Crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco by Ilusión Cannabis (NOM 1522 / Tequila El Viejito) and bottled under the Tres Agaves label, Tres Agaves Organic Reposado Tequila is a 100% Blue Weber agave spirit certified USDA Organic. Made using estate-grown agave cooked in traditional brick ovens and fermented with wild yeast, it is aged for approximately 6 to 9 months in used bourbon barrels. This expression balances vibrant, herbal agave character with smooth vanilla and light oak notes.

Food Pairing: Grilled chicken tacos, fish ceviche, carne asada, pork carnitas, and mild Mexican cheeses like Queso Fresco or Oaxaca.

Tasting Notes : Light straw to pale amber color. Soft, smooth, and medium-bodied with a clean, approachable texture.

Nose : Bright citrus peel, cooked agave, and fresh herbs balanced by subtle hints of vanilla, light oak, and soft caramel.
