Tread Softly Pink Gin 700ml

Tread Softly Pink Gin is an eco-conscious Australian craft spirit produced by Fourth Wave Wine. Bottled in 100% recycled glass, this low-alcohol expression is crafted by infusing a classic botanical base with natural red berries, pink rose petals, and Australian native citrus. The post-distillation fruit and floral infusion delivers a delicate pink hue alongside a vibrant, fruit-forward, and refreshing flavor profile designed with a lighter environmental footprint.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie with prosciutto and soft cheeses, goat cheese crostini, fresh berry tarts, grilled prawns, and summer citrus salads.

Tasting Notes: Soft pale pink in appearance with a delicate, light, and smooth mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and fruity with sweet raspberry, strawberry, and floral rose petals up front, balanced by soft piney juniper and bright native citrus zest.

Palate: Light and refreshing with a gentle burst of ripe red berry sweetness and subtle floral undertones, balanced by a clean dry juniper core and crisp citrus acidity.

Finish: Medium in length, clean, and delicate with lingering notes of wild berry skin, soft rosewater, and gentle herbal dry pine.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium tonic water or soda, garnished with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a slice of lime, or use as a base in a light Gin Spritz or Pink Gin & Tonic.
