Turntable Spirits Track 05 Harder Better Faster Stronger Blended Scotch

Turntable Spirits Track 05: Harder Better Faster Stronger is a limited-edition Blended Scotch Whisky released in 2024 and bottled at a powerful 59.1% ABV. It combines malt whiskies from Tamdhu, Dalmunach and Mannochmore with grain whisky from Girvan. First-fill Oloroso sherry, first-fill bourbon and ex-Marsala casks create a full-bodied profile of peaches and nectarines, chocolate, sticky toffee, vanilla cream, plums, apricots, roasted nuts and warming spice. It was Turntable's first blend released at cask strength.

Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, glazed pork, aged cheddar, roasted chestnuts, chocolate-covered fruit, sticky toffee pudding, fruitcake, or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Bold and concentrated, balancing ripe stone fruit and sherried sweetness with chocolate, toffee, vanilla, roasted nuts and warming spices.

Nose: Sticky toffee pudding, nectarines and chocolate-covered strawberries lead into creamy fruit, vanilla and rich sherry notes.

Palate: Rich and coating, with cloves and white pepper followed by roasted chestnuts, plums, apricots, tobacco and creamy vanilla.

Finish: Medium in length and gently drying, with warm chocolate, fruit, oak tannins and lingering spice.

Serve: Enjoy neat after allowing it to rest in the glass. At 59.1% ABV, gradually adding a few drops of water can help open the fruit, chocolate and spice.
