Crafted from 100% old-vine Carignan grown on the steep slate slopes of Priorat, this limited-production red showcases the remarkable concentration and minerality of the region. Aged for 18 months in new 500L French oak barrels, it opens with intense aromas of blackberries, red cherries, raspberries, flint, eucalyptus, toasted oak, tobacco, spice, and roasted coffee beans. The palate is full-bodied and richly concentrated, delivering layers of ripe dark fruit, firm yet polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long mineral-driven finish with exceptional ageing potential.

Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled ribeye steak, braised beef short ribs, roasted lamb, wild game, mushroom risotto, aged Manchego, and hard mature cheeses.
