About the Torres Perpetual Priorat
Deep and concentrated, Perpetual shows ripe black fruit, plum and dark cherry layered with Mediterranean herbs, cocoa, smoke and liquorice. The palate is powerful yet polished, with rounded tannins, mineral intensity and a long, persistent finish reflecting Priorat’s distinctive slate soils.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled lamb, braised beef, roasted game, hearty stews, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses.
