About the Familia Torres Celeste Crianza 2021
The 2021 Celeste Crianza has a dark cherry red color. The nose offers fruit aromas like blueberry jam, as well as notes of cocoa, dried plum, and spices such as vanilla and pink peppercorn. It is light, silky, and supple on the palate.
Given its smooth, silky tannins and fruit concentration, the wine pairs beautifully with all kinds of red meat, chorizo, and aged cheeses.
92 Points - James Suckling
A juicy and well-balanced wine showing aromas of fresh red fruit, spiced plums, berries and touches of warm bread, white pepper and hibiscus. Crunchy and fruit-expressive, with a medium body and firm tannins. Excellent balance, and there is nothing overdone. It shows elegance and drinkability. Already approachable. Drinkable now, but can hold.
