Familia Torres Celeste Crianza 2022 is an opulent, intensely flavorful, and deep cherry-red organic wine crafted by the legendary Torres family at their Pago del Cielo estate. Sourced from high-elevation vineyards located nearly 900 meters above sea level where the grapes benefit from cool mountain nights, this 100% Tempranillo is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels before resting for an additional year in bottle. The nose opens with a highly aromatic and complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, blueberry jam, and dried plums, elegantly interlaced with hints of warm cocoa, roasted coffee, sweet spices, and a distinctive mineral, graphite undertone. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, rich, and beautifully balanced, demonstrating velvety, fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity, and a smooth, fruit-forward finish.
