Crafted from 100% Pecorino grapes harvested from the Poggio Salaia vineyard in Villamagna, it undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to retain maximum varietal purity and fresh aromatic expression. In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color with green reflections and offers vibrant aromas of white peach, crisp green apple, citrus peel, and white blossoms paired with subtle mineral and herbal undertones.
