Extraordinarily concentrated and complex, this century-old Pedro Ximénez unfolds with dried fig, cacao, coffee, caramel and citrus alongside savoury, subtly saline nuances. Dense and unctuous on the palate, remarkable acidity provides refinement and balance before an exceptionally long, evolving finish.
