Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, grilled pork, mature cheddar, creamy Brie, toasted almonds, apple tart, pear cake, vanilla custard or buttery shortbread.

Tasting Notes: Bright and full-bodied, with orchard fruit, honeyed malt and vanilla complemented by caramel, floral touches and warming bourbon-oak spice.

Nose: Ripe orchard fruit with pear and apple, followed by honeyed malt, delicate floral notes, vanilla and lightly toasted oak.

Palate: Juicy pear and crisp apple develop into vanilla custard and caramel, with cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet malt adding warmth and depth.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering orchard fruit, vanilla, malt and drying oak spice.

Serve: Enjoy neat after allowing it to rest in the glass. At 58.6% ABV, adding water gradually can help open the fruit, vanilla and honeyed malt character.
