Togouchi 15 Year Old Japanese Whisky is a blended whisky produced by Sakurao Brewery & Distillery (formerly Chugoku Jozo) in Hiroshima, Japan. It is aged for 15 years in a unique former railway tunnel in the town of Togouchi, where constant temperature and humidity conditions allow the spirit to mature slowly, resulting in a smooth, elegant, and well-rounded profile.

Food Pairing: Grilled yakitori, smoked salmon, teriyaki pork, roasted nuts, aged cheddar, or dark chocolate desserts.

Tasting Notes : Golden amber in appearance with a smooth, medium-to-full body and silky mouthfeel.

Nose : Sweet vanilla, yellow peach, citrus peel, gentle oak, and subtle floral notes.
