Benedicte & Stephane Tissot Savagnin Sous Voile 2018 is a biodynamic Jura white wine made from 100% Savagnin and aged under a veil of yeast (sous voile) in oak barrels for approximately 30 months. It offers complex aromas of bruised apple, citrus peel, toasted walnuts, chamomile, spice, and saline minerality with vibrant acidity and an exceptionally long, layered finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with Comte cheese, mushroom dishes, roast chicken, creamy poultry, shellfish, and rich seafood.
