Tippas Lovebird Gin 750ml

Tippa's Lovebird Gin is an artisanal craft gin produced by Tippa Distillery in Okotoks, Alberta. Handcrafted in small batches using local Alberta grain and pure water, this expression is a floral, fruit-forward gin infused with natural hibiscus flowers, passion fruit, and delicate botanicals. The infusion gives the spirit a vibrant red-pink hue along with a lush, tart-sweet tropical profile balanced by a classic juniper core.

Food Pairing: Goat cheese crostini, prosciutto-wrapped melon, fresh berry pavlova, tropical fruit salads, and grilled shrimp skewers.

Tasting Notes: Vibrant crimson-pink in appearance with a smooth, juicy, and rounded mouthfeel.

Nose: Fragrant and fruity up front with aromas of tart hibiscus, tropical passion fruit, and sweet red berries, underpinned by piney juniper and citrus zest.

Palate: Well-rounded and lively, featuring a burst of tangy passion fruit sweetness and floral hibiscus, balanced by crisp resinous juniper, citrus peel, and gentle spice.

Finish: Medium in length, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of tart tropical fruit skin, soft floral dryness, and mild pine.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium tonic water or ginger beer, garnished with a slice of fresh lime or passion fruit, or build into a colorful Gin Sour or French 75.
