Tinhorn Creek Oldfield Series Cabernet Franc is a premium Okanagan Valley red with ripe black cherry, raspberry, cassis, currant, cedar, earthy herbs, vanilla, and toasted oak. Full-bodied and structured, it offers vibrant acidity, ripe tannins, savoury complexity, and a long finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled steak, roast lamb, venison, braised beef, hearty pasta, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
