About the Tightrope Chardonnay
Elegant and textured, this Naramata Bench Chardonnay offers lemon, pear and pineapple with jasmine, gentle baking spice and subtle buttery notes. Bright acidity and pronounced minerality balance the creamy, lees-aged texture, leading to a fresh, polished and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roasted chicken, grilled salmon, scallops, creamy pasta, lobster, mushroom dishes, soft cheeses, and roasted vegetables.
