Three Chord Strange Collaboration

A beautifully unique, limited-release bourbon from Neil Giraldo’s Three Chord brand. "Strange Collaboration" takes a carefully selected, high-quality Kentucky Straight Bourbon and finishes it in French oak casks that previously held premium Pinot Noir wine. Bottled at a robust 99 proof (49.5% ABV), this secondary maturation seamlessly weaves the sweet, earthy, and jammy fruit notes of the wine into the rich caramel and vanilla backbone of the bourbon, resulting in a phenomenal sipping experience.

NOSE

Aromatic and floral with inviting notes of dark cherry, ripe plum, toasted French oak, and warm vanilla.

PALATE

Rich, velvety, and complex. Deep flavors of dark brown sugar and baking spice are beautifully softened by jammy red wine, blackcurrant, and subtle oak tannins.

FINISH

Long, elegant, and warming with a lasting trail of dark fruit and sweet spice.
