An expressive old-vine Chenin Blanc from Thistle & Weed, sourced from a dry-farmed 1982 bush-vine vineyard in Joubertskloof on the Paardeberg in Swartland. Ripe pear, green fig, quince and grapefruit combine with lees richness, vibrant acidity and a distinctive saline granite finish.
Food Pairing: Oysters, grilled shellfish, sushi, lean white fish, spicy Asian cuisine and soft cheeses complement its mineral freshness, texture and saline finish.
