A sophisticated Western Cape white blend from Thistle & Weed, combining Verdelho, Palomino, Chenin Blanc, Alvarinho and Fernao Pires. Citrus, jasmine and freshly cut grass lead into a supple, mineral palate with stone-fruit richness, beautifully integrated acidity and a long, fruit-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Prawns, roast pork, grilled fish, creamy blue-cheese pasta and fresh seafood complement its citrus character, mineral freshness and subtle nutty richness.
