A refined old-vine Chenin Blanc from Thistle & Weed, sourced from a windswept Paarl vineyard planted in 1961. Expressive peach, citrus, green apple and green herbs lead into a lean, layered palate with zippy acidity, subtle lees texture, mineral energy and a distinctive salty finish.
Food Pairing: Moroccan chicken tagine, seared scallops, prawns, grilled fish and soft goat cheese complement its peach, citrus freshness, mineral character and vibrant acidity.
