A refined single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from Thistle & Weed in Stellenbosch. Sourced from 43-year-old vines planted on sandstone and clay, it offers quince, white peach and blood orange, with a rich, textured palate, vibrant lemon-driven acidity and a long, mineral finish.
