Thirty Bench Triangle Vineyard Riesling is a premium Niagara white from old 21B clone vines. It offers wet stone, lime, peach, apple, nectarine, bergamot, honeycomb, and ginger, with concentrated fruit, vibrant acidity, mineral freshness, and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi, spicy Asian cuisine, fresh oysters, grilled seafood, pork, goat cheese, and lightly spiced dishes.
