About the The Ging Shiraz
The Ging Shiraz is a bold and expressive Australian Shiraz delivering rich aromas of dark plum, blackberry, and spice with hints of leather and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with velvety tannins, layers of ripe fruit, and a long, warming finish underpinned by subtle oak integration and earthy complexity.
Food Pairing: Slow-braised lamb shoulder, beef brisket, aged hard cheeses, charcuterie boards, and hearty meat-based stews pair beautifully with this wine.
