The Gardener Gin 700ml

The Gardener Gin is an organic French craft spirit co-created by renowned Master Distiller Tom Nichol (formerly of Tanqueray) in collaboration with the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel and actor Brad Pitt. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills in the French Riviera, this expression is a modern, Mediterranean-inspired London Dry style gin. It features 100% organic botanicals, including wild juniper, angelica, coriander, and liquorice, complemented by a signature trio of fresh local citrus: bitter orange from Cap d'Antibes, sweet orange, and pink grapefruit.

Food Pairing: Grilled Mediterranean sea bass (branzino), fresh oysters, goat cheese crostini, cured charcuterie, and lemon-herb roasted chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, silky, and elegant mouthfeel.

Nose: Vibrant and citrus-forward up front with bright pink grapefruit oil, sweet orange blossom, and fresh bitter orange zest, supported by crisp piney juniper and subtle herbal spice.

Palate: Exceptionally balanced and refined, featuring a rich core of resinous juniper and earthy coriander seed, seamlessly integrated with juicy Mediterranean citrus, soft floral lavender, and a touch of liquorice sweetness.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of bitter orange peel, fresh pine needle, and a crisp coastal mineral finish.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a ribbon of fresh grapefruit or orange peel, or mix into a sophisticated French Riviera Martini or classic Negroni.
