The Foxtale Pink Gin With Glass 700ml

The Foxtale Pink Gin is an approachable, berry-infused craft spirit produced by The Foxtale Company in Northern Portugal. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills, this expression infuses a classic juniper and botanical foundation with natural red berries—principally strawberries. The post-distillation fruit infusion creates a soft pink hue alongside a sweet, fruit-forward, and refreshing profile designed for easy-drinking summer cocktails.

Food Pairing: Fresh strawberry tartlets, goat cheese crostini, prosciutto-wrapped melon, grilled prawns, and light summer salads with berries.

Tasting Notes: Delicate blush pink in appearance with a smooth, soft, and juicy mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and sweet up front with dominant fresh strawberry and wild raspberry, supported by bright citrus zest and a subtle hint of piney juniper.

Palate: Ripe and approachable, featuring a burst of sweet strawberry and red berry fruitiness, balanced by gentle zesty citrus acidity and a light backbone of dry juniper and coriander spice.

Finish: Medium in length, clean, and refreshing with lingering sweet berry flavors and a crisp, subtle pine dryness.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium tonic water or lemonade, garnished with fresh sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint, or mix into a refreshing Pink Spritz.
